Well-being Wednesday! 

WALK|FLOWERS|CAKE! 

Join me at @chesterhouse_uk on Wednesday mornings! 

9.30 start. 

We’ll all meet in the courtyard of Chester house, outside my shop. 9.30 am

For a 20-30 minute walk around the beautiful landscape. 

Concluding in my lovely flower shop to collect your bundle of flowers. Then you will head to the Farmhouse cafe for a tea/coffee & cake all made on site! 

£12.50 per person. Includes flower bundle, tea&cafe and a chat! 

No commitment or hassle, come once or every week. Come alone or with friends! Little ones and fury ones welcome. 

Just a simple way to introduce a weekly walk and a little socialise into a mid week day! 

After your cake you might like another little stroll around the other fantastic shops at Chester house! @mylittlevintageshops @the.canine.cottage @saxbycidershop @chesterhousefarmshop 

I really wanted to encourage myself to do a little walk and thought the middle of the week was a perfect time to get moving, lift some spirits and have a treat!
